1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill (or parsley, if preferred)
Optional Add-Ins : Crispy bacon bits, diced pickles, or capers
For the Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise (use full-fat for creaminess)
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp yellow mustard (for a touch of tang)
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
1 tsp sugar (optional, for a hint of sweetness)
